All check-in counters open 2 hours prior to departure.

Passengers must ensure they arrive with confirmed reservations and travel documents for their respective destinations and transit points, which must be presented at the counters. Passengers should also ensure their baggage complies with the weight allowance for their specific flight. Any baggage exceeding the allowed limit will incur additional charges.

Separate counters are available for Business Class passengers for a smoother check-in experience.

Baggage Check-In

• Checked Baggage: Passengers are entitled to free checked baggage allowance, which may vary depending on the class and origin-destination point. Additional charges may apply for excess baggage.
• Cabin Baggage:
  • Economy Class: Passengers are allowed 1 piece of hand luggage weighing up to 7 kg.
  • Business Class: Passengers are allowed 1 piece of hand luggage weighing up to 10 kg.

Check-In Time / Reporting Time

The time indicated on flight coupons is the departure time of the aircraft. To ensure timely completion of check-in procedures, passengers are requested to report to the airport check-in counter 2 hours before the flight’s departure time.
